Order arrived threshold is a percentage of ordered quantity necessary to come in to automatically remove remove the Ordered status from the product.
For example, if threshold is set to 25% and you had ordered 100 units of a product, then a restock of 25 units or more will remove the Ordered status from the product.
Make sure to set threshold high enough so that returned inventory of a few units would not trigger this event.
